Mental Health Coach — Trauma-Aware, Faith-Anchored
Chris Harper walks with individuals and couples who are navigating spiritual struggle, confusion, and difficult life transitions. His heart is to help people find clarity, grounding, and renewed trust in God when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
Chris understands what it's like to grow up in instability, addiction, and emotional volatility. His early years were shaped by environments that wounded the heart and demanded survival more than childhood. These experiences give him a deep compassion for people who feel lost, unseen, or unsure how to move forward. By God's grace, Chris has walked through his own seasons of healing and restoration, and he brings that lived experience into every conversation.
As a neurodivergent thinker, Chris offers a unique blend of pattern recognition, intuitive insight, and deep empathy. Many people who have felt misunderstood, overwhelmed, or "too much" in other environments find in him a coach who truly gets them and helps them make sense of their story without judgment.

For more than 20 years, Chris has coached people in sports, corporate leadership, and spiritual life. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, guided people through high-pressure situations, and helped individuals identify patterns and take practical steps toward change. He is known for bringing clarity into complex situations, strengthening people in moments of overwhelm, and creating steady, supportive environments where growth can happen. His coaching has always been shaped by a faith-anchored presence that meets people with honesty, gentleness, and practical wisdom.
Chris is a Mental Health Coach with a trauma-aware, biblically rooted approach. He draws from years of experience mentoring others through conflict, developing people through transition, and helping them rebuild confidence after difficult seasons. His desire is to help people move from survival to restoration and discover the hope and strength found in Christ.
Outside of coaching, Chris enjoys life with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
